video shared shows this first sideshow on the corner of harrison and main streets near the bay bridge overpass around 12:15 am with fireworks, spray-painted graffiti, and charged streets. witnesses said at least 500 people were at the location. police have not said if any arrests were made or cars were towed. this morning a family is devastated after a pickup truck plunges into the ocean in san mateo county. a man from santa cruz county was one of two people who died in the crash at pescadero beach. investigators believe the driver was heading west on pescadero creek road friday when he apparently drove through the highway one intersection and a parking lot, careening into the ocean.

the closures allow people to walk, bike, or skate through neighborhoods. the city's parks and recreation department is planning another event later this spring. i am joined by meteorologist lisa argen tracking the forecast in warriors blue today. hopefully better wind weather today. >> that's right. wind and win. we will probably win the game and the wind will dial back in parts of the bay area. the system to the east of us allows north wind to clear out the fog. but a storm system north of us will bring back the marine layer and onshore flow. there is a pretty view from the roof camera. it's 53 in the city, 55 in oakland, 58 in mountain view. we have a sea breeze. 57 in santa clara. golden gate, look how nice. temperatures cooled at the coast again as the wind picks up.

57 santa rosa. 56 in petaluma. the delta north wind is at 17 allowing for the 62 and livermore at 59. low 50's in santa cruz. temperatures top out around 70. temperatures are sunny and breezy today. that is from the sea breeze. gusty tomorrow from the system from the north. that will drop temperatures. tuesday and wednesday a strong offshore flow brings numbers into the 80's. wednesday looks to be the warmest day of the work week. we are watching the wind build through the afternoon. 25, 30 miles an hour. over the hills there it will be breezy but not as windy as yesterday. we will save that. up to 30 miles an hour over in oakland. it's an onshore flow.
