then you have to get in the streets and you have to fight. more protests are planned for today on this mother's day in san jose. there is a defend row protest at san jose city hall that starts at 11:00 this morning in berkeley the raging granny's action league is hosting a procession. they'll be gathering at the intersection. alston way and martin luther king jr. way at 145 near the bay area book fair. and those planned abortion rights demonstrations are causing concern for the oakland catholic diocese abc 7 news has learned that the diocese sent notice to parishioners telling them to prepare for possible disruptions to services the group. we just mentioned the raging grannies action league responded saying now more than ever women's voices need to be heard. they said that they have no plans to disrupt church services and that their protests should be peaceful. also coming up on this week as democrats pushed to codify the right to abortion martha raditz interviews. senator. amy klobuchar on the party's path forward if the supreme court court does overturn roe v wade,

afternoon investigators have not determined if weather was a factor in the crash, but confirmed the pilot was using vfr visual flight rules not instrument flight rules to navigate. they are typically used in bad weather. i know there was fog in the area. however, we will gather all that information all the meteorological information and and assess all that and see how the airplane interacted with that type of environment. and that's cornell bernard reporting. the plane wreckage will be moved today according to investigators. the wreckage is headed to sacramento for further analysis, and it might be a while before the cause of the crash is known. suspected arsonist was arrested for allegedly sparking eight fires. heard early yesterday morning eight fires were spotted by chp on port chicago highway concord bart station highway 242 and highway 4 an individual was arrested and was turned over to the concord. fire investigation unit authorities are not releasing the individuals identity at this

time and lisa. let's go checkt now talking about that. wind it's been windy this weekend, and we're also tracking some rain. that's right. some isolated showers is a cold front most sweep through the bay area. is going to fall apart as it does and it's going to bring a good amount of wind once again, and we still have that cool air in place as we start the work week. so some unusual weather unseasonable for the next couple of days, but by the end of the week, it's going to be above average live doppler 7 with the front well to the north and as we look at this beautiful shop for mount tam you can see how breezy it is with the winds over 45 miles an hour and temperatures here in the upper. 30s the low 30s for mount diablo it is 49 in san francisco. good morning to oakland 51. it is 50 in san jose and as we look at our sutro. camera, it's clear. no clouds yet and the winds are beginning to build across the bay and on the peninsulas 44 in livermore 48 in napa.

and so that is colder with those temperatures dropping into the 40s through santa rosa and petaluma were almost at around 40 and the next few nights the overnight lows so cold that we can see some patchy frost in the valleys with numbers in the protective valleys dropping perhaps into the upper 30s as we look at the winds you can see from san mateo to novato the pretty breezy right now and from vollmer peak look how gusty it is. i said before a 31 degrees here. so if you're out for a hike a bike ride, you'll notice how cold it is that cold air stays in place for not only today but monday and tuesday and with another week system and some instability we could see a few more showers here and there mainly dotting the higher elevations come tomorrow and tuesday, but today there's that cold front. this is nine o'clock. if you're out and about could get your head wet there and is it slides south? falls apart still some isolated showers east bay peninsula,
