gallon. san jose gas is now up to -- now. marin county, where people waited in long lines for the best deal. reporter: prices at the pump keep going up and up. according to aaa the bay area has the highest average prices in the country. >> it is frustrating but it is what you get in california. it is not much i can do. reporter: in marin county, two gas stations next to each other have prices over six dollars. both only saw a handful of customers. it is because the station down the road had prices much cheaper. so many cars here filling up with what they say is the cheapest gas in the area. >> i have seen a backup really far before and it is always shocking. reporter: especially when you

had with her son, ross, who was only 37 credits away from graduating his high school. a youngster with a love for music. renda didn't know it at the time of that good night, but kate had taken pills with his girlfriend. brenda would later find out the pills were laced with fentanyl. >> i got woken up by my husband screaming at me to call 911. you can see directly down the hallway, my son was on the floor in the bedroom. j.r.: he was rushed to the hospital and placed in the icu. some of his organs recovered but his brains did not. >> at that point was when they checked his pupils and --

isolated showers are still possible through tuesday although they will not be widespread and we are not talking about wet weather for much of the bay area. , and milder weather will develop for the rest of the week. cold air up to the north and the bay area but in higher elevations, some of this precipitation could take the frozen form of snow. most of the area will be dry throughout the day tomorrow. a good chance of isolated, light sprinkles across the bay area going into tomorrow night and tuesday morning. after that, we start to dry out. overnight lows will mainly be in the upper 30's in the north bay and the mid 40's over the remainder of the bay area. highs tomorrow, 16 around the bay shoreline. in our inland valleys, here's the accuweather 7 day forecast. as you can see, the next two days will be chillier than

i am dion lim. a pivotal moment in american history has tensions and fears running high across the nation. tonight, word that vandals targeted an anti-abortion organization. there is also graffiti on the building reading, if abortions aren't safe, you weren't either. the group's president says the vandalism is a direct threat. >> it is more than what i saw in here is what i saw out there on the graffiti. that is an overt threat. dion: karen travers has a closer look at how a number of churches this weekend are also on high alert following the leaked supreme court draft opinion. reporter: catholic churches across the country increasing security. law enforcement agency saving they are aware of the calls for

symptoms being more intense than ever. reporter: pollen season is going to get longer and even more intense as a result of climate change. >> we looked at how pollen was changing to try to understand its response to temperature, precipitation, and higher co2 concentrations. when we looked at things including temperature and rain, the pollen increased 60% over the u.s.. reporter: if global carbon emissions continue as they are now, the u.s. could see a total increase of over 100% in the next 200 years. pollen season lengthened bite 20 days and pollen concentration increased by 21%. the allergist dr. says that existing patients are experiencing more severe reactions and there is an uptick in new patients. reporter: people who are in their 30's and 40's and 50's and
