with burglary and grand theft, but yet 13 charges were dismissed against him. >> a repeat offender at level, , what happens to him after that? stephanie: the da office told the i team that the defendant pled to some but not all of the charges. in this case, he pled guilty to two charges of second-degree burglary. the plea deal says that he will take part in a residential treatment program and be placed on two years probation, despite the fact that the most recent 16 charges were in violation of his recent release on a pending case. >> this is representative of the type of chronic offenders we are dealing with in san francisco. stephanie: brooke jenkins is a former prosecutor who resigned last year. jenkins says she is one of 54
