counselors will be available starting tomorrow morning. the shooting happened around 11:30 this morning and u, texas that's when the shooter shot and killed at least 14 children and one teacher at rob elementary school and we're learning that the death toll among the students is expected to go up that's according to multiple law enforcement officials the school consists of second third and fourth graders. we also know the alleged gunman killed his grandmother before going to the school. the suspect is 18 year old salvador ramos. he was shot and killed on the scene. he was a student at uvalde high school. it's a school that's in that community. vice president kamala harris. just spoke about the shooting at an event and here's some of what she had to say. every time a tragedy like this happens our hearts break. and our broken hearts are nothing compared to the broken hearts of those families. and it keeps happening. so i think we all know and have
