trauma, it can be kind of difficult. abc 7 news reporters are here with local experts to kind of work through whatever grief they might be feeling. question wording. once we start to process this tragedy, another one occurs. it takes a serious toll on the mental health and how we think about this. when it comes to having a conversation among family members, psychologists say it depends. sometimes it depends on age or who you are talking about. there's no question that these recent events are sad and often times hard to process mentally. we saw shootings in grocery stores and places of worship. now, elementary school. doctors at stanford say it is ok to admit right now that we do not have all of the answers to the unrelenting psycho violence. there is a simple way to turn off this technology. they say it will limit exposure to the tragedy and trauma. >> all of these things collectively are things that can enhance, and it is important not to wait until we are already
