attacks. san jose police are investigating to pellet gun attacks from that afternoon. of 42-year-old woman was shot in a parking lot and a nine-year-old girl was shot in the back near the westgate mall. they are still trying to see if these three incidents are connected and if these incidents could be charged as an assault with a deadly weapon. >> i don't know how you would protect yourself against a car driving by in a safe neighborhood. reggie: the mayor wants to get more officers out on the streets. it includes adding 20 officers the mayor says more officers walking around would establish trust in the community.
