explosives. someone called police to report the grenades and artillery shell. the bomb squad determined they were highly explosive. several police officers in akron ohio are on paid administrative leave following the shooting death of a black man. abc news reports graphic bodycam video is raising questions. reporter: protesters are demanding answers. sunday afternoon, officials released bodycam footage showing the moment police shot and killed a black man. >> the video you are about to watch is heartbreaking.

reporter: he was shot early monday morning for a traffic violation. >> we would like to know. why is that necessary? reporter: authorities say when he did not stop his vehicles, officers chased him. they claim a single gunshot was fired from inside his vehicle. walker ran away into a parking lot. actions caused officers to perceive he posed a deadly threat. the video shows dozens of rounds. >> at the time he was shot, 90, or 60 or whatever the unbelievable number will be, he was unarmed. reporter: police chief said the report indicates 60 wounds.

several officers stayed well past the shift. we first told you about this last night. someone smashing the windows of several vehicles in san francisco. tonight, the man faces charges. police made an immediate arrest. officers arrested charles shelton of san francisco. new details as firefighters are making progress against a wildfire in the sierra hills. it is the largest active fire in the state right now. containment is 45% following lower temperatures and higher humidity. the fire started last tuesday. it has scorched 904 acres.
