the citizen that was lawfully carrying a firearm in that food court and was able to stop the shooter almost as soon as he began. jobina: so far, police have not released a motive but say they will have more information about what happened later today. reggie: a man accused of shooting in mountain view officer is in jail. they released a video of the man who is identified as 33-year-old jeffrey choy. he is accused of shooting an officer during an office stop here he crashed his s lg locate him today in the east bay . with the assistance of u.s. marshals as well as a ton of other law enforcement agencies, we were able to locate him, track him him and taken into custody. reggie: the injured officer expected to survive. there has been an outpouring of support from the community.

involving two single engine planes in the north las vegas airports. one of the planes was coming in for a landing when it hit another plane. both fell to the ground, one catching fire on impact. the other fell into a water retention pond. there were two people in each plane and all four died. cameras caught the scary crash landing in san marco's. at least two people were injured in the emergency landing over the weekend according to local process. there was a family in the red car and they were quite able to make it out they were at the intersection when the driver noticed the plane headed for them. unsure of where the plane but touchdown, the driver moved forward, and the road was closed for several hours. reggie: a crash in the rural part of oregon on highway 47 your crater lake national park. oregon state police say a 50

eight-year-old from sam carlos veered into oncoming traffic when the car in front of him suddenly the brakes. he was hit head on by a 43-year-old from san mateo. both men were killed. a 20-year-old riding was also killed. seven other work hurt and taken to the hospital. jobina: amazon admitted to sat -- sending out ring location without the owner's consent or permission. in a response to a senator inquiry this month, amazon said it has handed over private recordings to police 11 times this year. they stated that each instant required urgent disclosure because ring determent there was a danger of death or serious physical injury. they said they were complying with an emergency request. reggie: steve bannon is facing contempt charges for refusing to
