quarantine recommendation for people who have been exposed. >> we're exposed constantly that pragmatically the idea of quarantining was out a long time ago. reporter: the c.d.c. also dropping the test to be safe practicing. >> we really didn't provide the testing infrastructure for people to actually engage in some of these recommendation >> for superintendent telling abc7 news in part, while a few recommendations were removed schools industrial the flexibility to implement any safety measures necessary to continue full-time in person instruction. under the new guidance, those who test positive are asked to isolate for five days. if fever-free for 24 hours after that, you may end isolation but
