forward finding solutions. this is abc 7 news. the former president of the united states now under investigation for potential violations of the espionage act obstruction of justice and criminal handling of government reports tonight. we're learning more about the fbi search warrant for donald trump's mar-a-lago estate. good evening. thank you for joining us. i'm dan ashley and i'm dionne lim a federal judge unsealed the search warrant for former president trump's mar-a-lago home today abc 7 news reporter carina. nova is in the newsroom with what that search warrant reveals karina dan dion it reveals exactly what fbi agents we're looking for and found including classified documents. fbi agents took 11 sets of classified documents including at least one that was marked top

secret only people with the highest security clearance are allowed to have those documents the search warrant shows the fbi had reason to believe those items contain sensitive material that pertain to national security the washington post has reported some of them had to do with nuclear weapons. we also learn just department is looking into weather trump violated three different criminal statutes those include violations of the espionage act obstruction of justice and criminal handling of government records republican members of the house-intelligence committee today continued to to push back against monday's raid. because many other options were available to them. we're very concerned of the method that was used in rating marlargo and the nine hours that transpired while they were in the former president's home. republicans are threatening to launch investigations into the fbi as well as the department of justice the former president. no longer has a security clearance and democrats are

the impacts of inflation bay area families continue to take hits now to their finances. it's time for older family because we are in pandemic caused that we lose work people don't have jobs a story familiar to too many. that's why it was important for mary lou a mom of two school-aged kids to head to this back to school event at sacred heart community services the san jose nonprofit gave up 3,800 backpacks over two days for its pack the back event that wrapped up friday now, each the backpacks are filled with eyes based on the student's grade level and their needs and of course much of these supplies don't come cheap. so the organizers here at sacree provides huge financial relief inflation is a really big deal this year. just everything's more expensive, especially basic things and so our families often tell us that by getting the backpacks and the school supplies that's allowing them to set aside money for the rent right or for the food the national retail federation says families are expected to spend
