alone. abc news reporter has the latest. reporter: the new york state department of health is earning its first case of monkeypox and a child. it does not designate their specific age or where the case was reported. the biden administration is continuing the effort to stop the rake by offering vaccinations at lgbtq events across the country this weekend. among them, the pride festival in charlotte, north carolina. the cdc finds that 90% of cases are still among men reported recent sexual contact with other men. over 14,000 americans have been infected come up there are signs that new cases are plateauing. vaccine doses have been delivered nationwide and starting monday, 1.8 million more doses will be made available.
