couple years. a vote could set the plan in motion for the years to come. auto manufacturers have been preparing for this, as well. ford said they are seeing an uptick in sales for their electric mustang, saying it makes up 40% of their car sales, easily the most popular car. the california air resources board will vote to make electric cars the primary option. it aims to set zero emissions sales goals for cars over the next 13 years. critics argue infrastructure is not there to support more electric vehicles. not enough charging locations, and pricing. electric cars are not that cheap. walnut creek forward said a lot of companies have already been planning for this. >> there is still a long time to get the price point down, offer additional models to address different buying habits.

kumasi: a major legal win for kobe bryant's widow. she was awarded $16 million in her fight against photos taken after kobe bryant's death. >> overnight, closure for kobe bryant's family after eight years long legal battle with los angeles county. may jury unanimously disarming the county should be held responsible for first responders who took unnecessary and graphic photos of the fiery helicopter crash that killed bryant and his 13-year-old daughter and seven others. officials defended taking the photos, claiming they were for official documentation. during the 11 day trial, one sheriff's deputy admitted to

the jury's findings but believe the monetary finding cann -- showed jurors did not believe the request for $75 million. los angeles county paid $2.5 million to others who lost loved ones in that crash. reggie: the 19-year-old man charged with the murder of an uber driver is due in court. he is expected to enter a plea. they were accused of killing a 52-year-old man near little saigon in oakland last month. the shooting happened during an attempted robbery. the second suspect has not been publicly named because they are being charged in juvenile court. oakland police said they will deploy official resources into the little saigon neighborhood to combat crime. they told abc 7 news it includes vice operations, highly visible
