she was 93 years old. she was a mother of nine she had 20 grandchildren. these are the photos that were shared with us. the family believes the mother was given this detergent. it is described as a high alkaline formula designed to get out tough grease. for daughter said they would like to clarify that this was not regular dishwasher detergent , but a highly strong cleaner. it was confused with cranberry juice. they said they can confirm that three residents were transported to the hospital.

we initiated a death investigation. we were able to see what was going on and learned that a couple additional parties were also hospitalized. >> the family confirmed she had dementia and lived of the senior living facility. that facility also confirmed the employees involved have been suspended. >> is hard to even imagine how something like i could have them. has the facility confirmed whether this was dishwater soap? >> the facility has not earned -- confirmed. they said they are working with police in their investigation. as for the other seniors, the facility said they could not provide for details about their status. >> obviously a lot more to come.

violence in oakland as the police chief saying enough is enough. >> but the gunds them. stop. give us a break. six homicides in four days. give us a break. give this community a break. give our families a break. >> there was a school shooting yesterday at madison park academy. police say they do not believe the victim was rugged. the evidence showed this was no deliberate school shooting. community members are calling for a stop to the violence. >> it is a terrible experience for all of us. to come to our city and begged for the help we need. >> a 13-year-old shot by a 12-year-old at school.

ama: more than six months into russia's war on ukraine, volodymyr zelenskyy is claiming he will reclaim all territories seized by the russians. they are beginning a major counteroffensive in the southern part of the country. ike ejiochi has the latest. reporter: today, ukrainian forces are in the midst of a new counter efficient -- offensive, to retake land seized by the russians. the southern city has been occupied by russia since the early days of the invasion. ukrainian president zelenskyy vowing to retake all territory lost to russia during the war. he defiantly says, i want the occupiers to understand it, too. there will be no place for them on ukrainian land. russia's semiofficial news agency claiming ukraine's counteroffensive is failing and that the ukrainian military has already suffered hundreds of losses. meanwhile, russia is expanding attacks across the country, now

without. the new york times reporting iran delivered russia the first batch of two types of military drone capable of air to surface attacks identifying targets, and initiating electronic warfare. russia's military accused of firing missiles at a residential area, killing at least two. in the northeast in kharkiv, russians striking the heart of the city. new reports say russian president vladimir putin is trying to ramp up his military, aiming to add as many as 137,000 troops. all this as fears mount at europe's largest nuclear power plant. some of the damage is shown on satellite images at the plant which is under increasing attacks. the pentagon saying most shelling came from the russians. the white house calling for a preemptive powering down of the nuclear reactors and d militarizing the area. president zelenskyy is meeting with inspectors from the
