now from abc 7 live breaking news that breaking news is in oakland a shooting shut down the fruitvale bart station this evening when abc 7 news was at the scene. we saw a huge police presence oakland police confirmed that the victim actually got shot near 55th avenue got on a bart train after being hit and was taken off at the fruitvale station by paramedics. the person was then taken to the hospital. no rest have been made the station reopened at around 8:30 pm, but trains are single tracking as we speak. good evening, and thanks for joining us. i'm jr. stone in san lorenzo tonight family and friends gathered to more in the death of a young man who had recently gotten married the 30 year old was shot and
