car when a man in another car opened fire that suspect drove off but witnesses were able to get a description and license plate number. officer spotted the car a short time later in another part of east, oakland and made an arrest after a brief pursuit police. say a gun was recovered. moving on to developing news in the case of alexis gabe bones were discovered in the search for the 24 year old oakley woman who police say was murdered by her ex-boyfriend. abc7 news reporter answer hasan spoke to the familyy. he was capable. the gay family has been searching for months for the remains of their daughter alexis. now, there may be a break in the case. they did find some human bones there in that area. so they did pick them up and send them to forensics for dna green gabe is alexis's father as he explains volunteers found the bones in the small town of pioneer located in the foothills of the sierra nevada mountains.
