called their report in danger. the headline is one that many feared new hiv cases in san francisco increased for the first time in nine years for starters hiv clinics were forced to close during the peak of the covid pandemic. it's sort of very disheartening because we have this way to combat hiv and we fell we completely backslid the report was sponsored by the pharmaceutical company gilead and the advocacy group glad the numbers are concerning hiv testing dropped by 97% at the peak of the covid pandemic if they're not getting hiv tests and learning their hiv status whether positive or negative. we also see that that impacts the way that we treat and care for the whole person as a result the number of people diagnosed with hiv went down by 17% in 2020 compared to 2019 those challenges resulted in less

testing, you know, kind of a bit of a setback for into zero goals and you know, we're trying to pick it up without testing many could not start on prep daily. medic we have been seeing quite a few patients in the hospital coming with late. stay jades who never got diagnosed. so this is a very important time to bring up testing. testing is so critical in hiv. and you know, it wasn't only hiv but we also lost ground in other areas doctors say for example the fight against diabetes cancer and dan cady cardiovascular diseases. yeah, what's the status on testing our are we beginning to catch up? no, not really. and right now, you know, i asked that testing for hiv is still not what it was prior to the covid pandemic. so doctors say, you know, they have a lot of work to be done and and what made matters worse was the drug problem here during the pandemic. remember when mayor breed had to declare a state of emergency.

beale good evening. the warriors went into full-scale damage control today a one day after an altercation at practice between draymond green and jordan poole draymond did apologize to the team today and pool was there for that? but draymond's not going to practice the next couple of days and whatever discipline is handed down that's going to stay in house with the warriors. probably would not involve a suspension. we don't know what caused the confrontation but there was pool today at practice. he appeared to be fine no injuries or anything like that war is really bent over backwards to say that pool did nothing to deserve getting punched some suggested pool has been getting a little cocky is the approaches a huge contract extension steve curse at absolutely not warriors have been down this road before with draymond kevin durant situation. so this frustration within the organization that they're dealing with another dream on issue again gonna be any long-term long-range ramifications from this probably not but it's just not what

anybody wanted to be dealing with coming off of winning a championship it was nothing out of the ordinary until it wasn't. so you kind of set the stage for how we're gonna get through it. so. it's not like you can waive a magic wand and do it all in that moment. but you you start that groundwork on like setting the tone of how we're gonna through this and a lot of experience on how to do that these like inflection points in these moments. can make or break a team and my job is not let it break. i said, oh. someone put out there that that jordan had an attitude and cam. nothing could be further from the truth. he's been fantastic. so disappointing to see misinformation out there everything else. we will handle internally draymond is he is one of my favorite players. until i him that but he's i just said you're better than this. like don't don't.
