5:50 am
the top of the bay bridge and the wind is blowing. we'll be breezier today. so this morning areas of low clouds fog and even some drizzle and then this afternoon mostly once again, but we'll be breezy. so temperatures will be coming down a little bit for some inland areas a steady pattern this week minor changes temperatures come up and down a few degrees every day, but generally we'll see fog in the morning sunshine in the afternoon and here's the wind forecast. you'll notice the winds will pick up this afternoon and they'll be around 25 miles per hour in san francisco. this wind pushing through the bay will help cool temperatures also in the inland areas. so not quite as warm as yesterday, but it's still really pleasant out there. we'll see some mid 80s and the forecast animation with the fog. this is the one that we're keeping an eye on especially for the air show this afternoon, so seven o'clock still quite a bit of fog all around the bay area and then this afternoon all those clouds pull back.
5:51 am
we'll see clearing by about midday for everybody except at the beaches. so 3 pm when the blue angels fly we're still seeing some low clouds and fog push. through the golden gate bridge right around to this area where they're flying. so i think we will see a lot of sunshine like for example, if you're in the mission district, but towards the marina and especially the sunset district. that's where we'll see much more cloud cover and then the fog moves in again overnight into tomorrow morning for another sunny day. here's a look at the temperatures in san francisco today, so you'll need a jacket. will climb up to the mid-fifth mid-60s rather before things cool down later on towards early evening and highs today range from at the beaches 60s to the mid 80s for our inland areas, but really nice t-shirt and shorts weather continue around the bay with lots of low to mid 70s fremont 75 in santa rosa. nice at 81 tonight. santa rosa will be one of the cooler spots once again dropping down to 49 degrees, but everyone
5:52 am
else will be in the low to mid 50s with the cloud cover and fog accuweather seven day forecast morning drizzle, but a dry and mild afternoon except that the coast notice it's going to be in the low 60s and it's going to stay in the 60s all week long 70s for the most part all week long around the bay and mid 80s for the inland areas through next weekend. okay, so it looks about the same every day pattern which is nice to i think you know that you can expect that right you plan for every day. okay. thanks francis. well history in the is in the making and walt disney world resort this weekend. it's hosting hbc week for the very first time marching bands from historically black colleges and universities brought their high stepping and signature sounds to the heart of magic kingdom raising culture reporter toronto thomas from our sister station in philadelphia takes us there. this is the type of show we're
