salgado has also been arrested. he's accused of criminal conspiracy accessory and destroying evidence reggie. buying okay gloria. thank you dozens of people who lived at a flooded san francisco high-rise are now suing the building's owner. they accuse the real estate company who owns a building hines of mishandling two massive water leaks. abc 7 news reporter loose peña has been covering a 33 tahama for months about 400 residents were forced out of the apartment building in june after the second flood and that building is going to be uninhabitable until next year. this is in the east bay in oakland police. had to break up two sideshows early yesterday morning. this was the first one at 42nd and foothill around 3:00 in the morning. you could see at least 50 vehicles were involved and a large crowd of people were out there watching. while officers were responding to this one a second sideshow

other people were hurt. this happened just after 1:30 saturday morning in the area off of durant and telegraph avenue less than two blocks from campus. you see berkeley issued a statement saying the shooting occurred during a fight. they say no cal students were involved and there's no connection to the campus. people nearby describe the scene the whole streets it was just crazy. it was like everyone was everywhere. you know, i was freaking out. i called my homie. i was like what is happening? we heard something that i felt was fireworks, but it wasn't it was gunshots and it was eight rounds and we were ran inside taco bell because we just wanted to we're not sure what's going on. anyone with information about the shooting or surveillance video showing the suspects is asked to call berkeley police. and update now to a brazen attempted carjacking at a popular san francisco shopping center new video shows two people wearing similar clothing to the suspects running away from the shopping center shortly after the shots rang out the person who took this video heard

gunshots and started recording the shooting happened nearby at a parking lot at geria masonic the driver of the blue honda was not hurt and got away there have been no arrests. another rape has been reported on stanford's campus police. say the sexual assault happened on friday afternoon inside a university building. the victim said she was in an office when a man came in grabbed her grabbed her to a basement and raped her back in august a second woman reported. she was grabbed by a man in a parking lot near wilbur hall and taken to a bathroom and raped. stanford says officers increase patrols in the area following that report. solidarity for abortion rights as women and allies march through the streets of san francisco over the weekend. about abortions and i really do believe the shame and guilt i felt holding in my story for so many years impacted my health the rally aimed to fight new abortion laws people joined together with signs demanding

currently we've had like protests here in san francisco. just trying to bring awareness to what's going on. the owner said he cried when he saw the completed paint job. the home is located near the marina. apple's new iphones just hit the market and apparently there's an interesting problem if you take one on a roller coaster so multiple users have reported that the iphone 14 is dialing 911 after a wild ride at an amusement park. so the reason why is because these new phones have a feature that's supposed to detect when a person's been in a car crash and then automatically alert authorities. apple hasn't commented on the issue, but there are some tips floating around online one is to put your phone on airplane mode before you get on a roller coaster and the other is to disable the crash alert feature. jeopardy might look a bit different for its 39th season, but the new hosts say it's still feels like the same game show miami bialik and kendgenics are ken jennings are the new
