only expelled two students in its entire history. it has a pattern of failing to terminate faculty who have sexually harassed students. a 2019 stanford survey revealed over 40% of undergraduate women experienced sexual assault on campus. the university says it has increased security since the two recent rapes were reported. well, what will it take to make san francisco streets safer supervisors might try out an idea from the other side of the country a proposal in new york city that would reward people who send in photos of vehicles blocking bike lanes with a percentage of that ticket a cut of the action abc 7 news reporter loose pena is live in san francisco with the story lewis. how seriously are they taking this idea? well done as of yet san francisco supervisors are only having conversations about these being a possibility. but the way that it would work is that if you see a car blocking the bike lane you would take a photo of that car.

what do we want patient care? when do we want it now? it's a chance that's been hurt on picket lines across the bay area for 61 days. i thought it was gonna go to three weeks. i never thought that we would still be out two months later these kaiser permanente mental health care workers are still walking to picket line outside kaiser santa rosa medical center, 2,000 therapist and counselors. statewide went on strike in

august demanding increased staffing and improved access to care for patients some who must wait months for appointments. the primary reason route striking is because we as therapists as clinicians don't feel we're offering a reasonable standard of care to our patients. in oakland members of the national union of health care workers walked this picket line despite ongoing negotiations no deal has been reached kaiser says about 72% of striking workers have returned to the job. the union says it can't verify that number but agrees many have bills to pay. it's not feasible for everybody. especially two months going without pay but you know, we have to stand up and and do what's right in a statement to abc 7 news kaiser permanente said after much back and forth heated a settlement. for our contract back then healthcare workers. hope and agreement can be reached to get them back to helping patients, but they're willing to go the distance. however long it takes we're continuing with this.
