stockton say this is the man they've been looking for. in their serial killer investigation. arrested was wesley brownlee 43 for homicide

. police say 43 year old wesley brownlee was arrested as he was driving early saturday morning. he's the prime suspect in seven shootings, six fatal, including one man in oakland. stockton police chief stanley mcfadden believes brownlee was preparing to kill again. he was on a mission to kill. he was out hunting as officers make contact with him. he was wearing dark clothing and had mask around his neck. there's also armed with a firearm when he was taken into custody. we are sure we stopped another killing stockton. police say ballistics tests linked the suspect to all seven shootings. five of the shootings took place after july 8th chief mcfadden says tips from the community help determine where brownlee lived. brownlee is a stockton resident who lives close to one of the crime scenes. we maintain eyes. on that residence until he became mobile. once he became

mobile is when we started to continue follow him until we eventually took them off where we identify that he's posing a threat. even though there's a there wasn't any words that we could say that will bring back the lost loved ones. the least that we could do. is do our part to help bring justice. and here we are today. officials are trying to determine if the gun they found when brownlee was arrested is the same gun used in the other shootings. brownlee has a criminal past but didn't elaborate, and they still don't have a motive in the case. it's now up to the san joaquin district attorney's office to file the appropriate charges. my deputy district attorneys who have been here all night. are reviewing the evidence as we speak. and they're working actively in partnership with the investigation to determine the charges that will proceed on brownlie will be arraigned on tuesday, the san joaquin district attorney's office says after the arraignment, they'll announce the charges in stockton's hassan, abc seven news and we first sent out a

there is a new roller rink in san francisco. the mayor laced up her skates in joint committee members to celebrate the grand opening. the pop-up roller disco will be at civic center through the end of the year. >> there are a lot of challenges, this is happiness and fun and we need to start enjoying life a lot more. >> the rink uses solar power in runs of a battery bank at night. the floor is made of special sports tiles for a buffer in case you fall. the roof will double as part of a leisure -- laser show to make it a true roller rink. tickets are $15 for adults, including skates. today is your last day to catch the 50th annual half moon bay art and pumpkin festival.

gloria rodriguez introduces us to the program. gloria: the double-decker bus will look like this, designed just for farmworkers. >> confident, computer lab and three rooms. it is more -- conferences, computer lab, and three rooms. it is more conference rooms. it is a state-of-the-art vehicle. we can get equity into the farms. gloria: he is the farmworker program director in half moon bay. the nonprofit is bringing the bus to the coast. he says farmworkers may not see a doctor when they are sick due to transportation challenges or fear of missing out on pay. this farmworker says of the bus will make it easier to get medical care. >> that way we don't have to miss too much work. the time is limited for us. the bus will come to three farms
