>> a middle school classroom hit drive-by attack. >> i panicked when i heard what was happening, i did know was going on. when i heard what it was, it made me mad. >> tonight do details over what kind of disturbance this truly was and the nonlethal projectiles used. good evening, i'm dan ashley. kristen: and i'm ama daetz. ama: parents were thinking the worst. dan: a sign as a police say the person who fired the shots into the window -- willow glen classrooms out there tonight. our reporters listening to parents still dealing with raw emotions. >> scary moments at the willow glen middle school in san jose. >> i was disturbed. >> it was upsetting. >> according to the unified school district accardo by the campus firing soft pellets into a classroom. no one was injured in the incident is being investigated by police. in a statement the san jose police department said multiple

dan: new developments, santa rosa police will be interviewing what is his after shooting between two of their deputies and a vandalism suspect near sonoma plaza near the weekend. the press democrat says the suspects and name will be released on wednesday. santa rosa police say the suspect is in critical condition at a sacramento hospital, as of yesterday afternoon. both deputies are on paid administrative leave, while the investigation is ongoing. ama: seven people are under arrest tonight for a secret and illegal gambling site. police say underground casinos were operating in the two homes that you see on your screen. one near north capital avenue and avenue b, and the other near fleming avenue. the hubs were more than just gambling, they were used for drug dealing and buying and selling stolen property. >> it looks like a mini casino in a converted garage and back room. these were not described to me
