chavez was a food worker when he groped an inmate in a locked pantry. he could face up to two years in prison and a fine when he is sentenced in february. for other employees were accused of sexual abuse, and two of them have guilty. gas stations may be going out of style. the nevada city council voted unanimously to enact a new ban. other cities include santa rosa and the park, which banned the stations. they approved gas stations that will remain open, but they will not be able to add new pumps. they will vote on final approval at their next meeting in november. >> two weeks away from election day. someone is going to replace congresswoman jackie spear. she is leaving after 14 years in congress. a san mateo county and the assembly member are running to a place -- replace peer. they believe that it will rank

andy gutierrez -- a group of men approached campus, and started a fight. one of them, a 21-year-old, died after gathering evidence. the police executed search warrants and arrested suspects, as well as a woman at used of being an accessory in oakland and union city. the police say they found multiple unregistered guns in their search, and evidence that more guns were being made. >> you may have noticed that

a block was taped off. the speaker's office confirmed that he was not at home or in san francisco at the time of the attack and he was taken into custody, and the motivation behind this attack is still under investigation at this time. drew hamel spoke for the speaker and put out this statement saying that mr. pelosi was taken to a hospital where he is receiving excellent at a cold care and is expected to make a recovery. this acre was not in san francisco at the time. the family is grateful to first responders and request privacy at this time. this is still a very developing situation. we do not know the suspects motive read it they may have been looking or the speaker. we are still working to get more information from police, and as soon as we get that, we will bring that to you. live, abc7news. >> thank you. elon musk is the officially --

danville last year. our media partner reports the das office says that it cannot prove that a 33-year-old broke the law when he killed tyrell wilson. always responding to reports of a man throwing rocks onto interstate 680. wilson was a transient's family says he was mentally open. body cam footage shows wilson holding a knife or hall opened fire. hall was involved in a similar shooting in 2018. it remained on the force. in that case, he killed an unarmed man. he is currently serving six years in prison for that shooting. the county paid $12 million to settle lawsuits by families of both victims. >> councils will be on hand to talk with students and staff at santa cruz high school after a call about an active shooter on campus. the call came in around 9:30 p.m.. the shooter was inside a classroom with multiple victims. the school went into lockdown,
