>> whether or not they had an alarm is still a part of the investigation. >> sources confirm the speaker does have a private security system and questions are being raised about how the security system interacted with police agencies the morning of the attack. law enforcement sources confirm when the alarm is triggered at the private security system is supposed to notify the san francisco police department first and then u.s. capitol police. two sources familiar say capitol police never received a call from the security system and said it is unclear if the alarm went off. a huge oversight paired with no physical security detail. >> we have had postings at the pelosi residence in the past. these threats are not new. let's be very clear. >> there was no security present. there was no capitol police, no private security present. >> while u.s. capitol police was not physically there, the department confirmed there

chief of u.s. capitol police demanding answers about their handling of security. capitol police has released a statement indicating the department has begun an internal security review. we were told moments ago congressional stakeholders will be weighing in on the review. we will have pointed questions as these issues happened at critical moments of this investigation. >> i have no doubts they will have those critical questions. on friday the suspect will have his preliminary hearing set. a bail hearing will be set to decide if he should have the opportunity to post bond. we spoke with some of his neighbors in richmond. they described the 42-year-old as a quiet man who kept to himself. neighbors say they knew of his interest in online conspiracy theories. >> he was looking to some ideas that are out there in politics and the social sphere to solve

phones are recording every move. this is the moment this school has been waiting for. their secret weapon is jason, number 22. here he goes. but wait. let's pause. to understand the significance of this play, we need to know jason. and see the process that got him here. it all started outside of room 51. one of the classrooms for special ed students at del mar high school. what is the back story? how did you find out jason wanted to play football? >> we go for a walk as a class every day. jason expressed to me mr. eric, i am really good at football. >> eric is jason's aid. after class they set aside time to play catch. during one of those moments jason said he wanted to play for his high school football team.

>> that competitiveness and amy went we can do this. >> turns out eric is a former college athlete. he played football for humboldt state. he made a call to the football coach at del mar high school. >> coach chapman, i let him know i got an athlete who is a senior this year and he wants to be part of the team. he was all about it. i was able to get a hold of a helmet from an athletic director and i had some old pads and we were able to piece together a uniform. >> in this classroom after class a dream was born. with a team of action figures, eric, jason the basics. jason chose -- >> fast like me. >> then they moved to the weight ward and began practicing a play that maybe jason would get to do on the field one day.

jason switches his cowboy boots for cleats. eric reminds him they are no different. eric was born with multiple disabilities and that did not stop him from playing football. one of those challenges surfaced in the locker room. on jason's left arm, a drawing of the play. what are you hoping jason takes out of this experience? >> i hope he understands it is great to work with a team. not just in school, not just on the football field but you can do that in life. >> locking arms with his teammates, jason walks to the field. they have taught him more than football. this group showed him unity is more powerful than a learning challenge. an hour into the game, jason here is whistle. this is his play.
