let's begin now with abc 7 news weather anchor spencer christian and spencer that rain really already here. it is. dion is already pushing into the north bay building up some steam as it sweeps southward and eastward. here's a look at the abc 7 exclusive storm impact scale covering the next two days now for tonight, we expect rain which has already developed moving southward north north to south overnight through the central part of the bay area down to the south bay more rain will develop tomorrow and that will continue into tomorrow night and into tuesday election day. so we've got quite a string of rainy days coming our way. here's our forecast animation showing the way that is already developed swinging through the central part of the bay area just before midnight then there'll be a little bit of a break then tomorrow during the daytime we get some trailing showers, maybe a couple of isolated downpours and a stronger steadier wave of rain moves through tomorrow night into tuesday. is going to be a raw wet and windy election day and in the sierra it's going to be a snowy day. well a couple of snowy days.

just download the app now for roku apple tv, amazon fire tv and google tv. on the peninsula emergency crews rushed one man to the hospital and a second man died this afternoon at linda mar beach in san mateo county a good samaritan says he was on the beach when he noticed two men in the water in need of help. we noticed two swimmers. i guess they were kind of way out on the back side of the lineup waving arms, and it looked like they were being pulled out. the good samaritan says he was able to pull both men out of the water with the help of another person and did cpr on the swimmers until paramedics arrived. a search is on in the south bay for what police are calling a dinner time home burglary crew palo alto police or investigating 11 cases since october 9th. those burglaries happened during dinner time hours between seven and nine often on friday and saturday nights when the homeowners aren't there the suspects usually get in by
