that is huge down there, it's labor, its business, they are all pushing with competing agendas. and it's really begin oakland as well, we have a mayor's race there. there are 10 candidates, and it's interesting as we go into the final thing, a couple of years ago candidates were talking about defund the police, and now they are talking about how many there going to hire. liz: we are following some of these local races as well. dan: anything else that you are paying close attention to locally? between terry wiley and pamela price, pamela price is big on progressive, and miley is much more on the moderate side. that has influenced an entire swath of the east bay.

ama: liz, you are watching one proposition in particular, correct? liz: we talked about sports betting, we've all heard so much about that, prop 26 and prop 27. polling shows it will take all those ads, all the money that have poured into it, but it is likely to fail and prop one on abortion is likely to pass. we're watching closely proposition 30, it would tax people who make over $2 million a year. the tax is 1.75% and that tax money will go toward electric vehicles and charging stations and other infrastructure around that. governor newsom is against this and democratic party is for it. climate activists are for it. the polling is showing it is either split, it could go either way.

dan: and governor newsom has personally put out ads opposing this. he has friends on both sides. he has wealthy donors on both sides. he said what this is is a move by lyft, the rideshare company, to get subsidies for its electric vehicles and chargers that they would use. and he agrees with it in principle, he says what is the next business to come on the ballot and take out attacks for special interest, and when is it going to stop? so it is back-and-forth right now. >> we can't wait to dig into it all tomorrow night. dan: it's going to be utterly fascinating. tomorrow night we will be livestreaming results as soon as the polls close, 8:00 to 11.pm. you can watch out on our abc 7 bay area news app on your
