late in the year since 1985 concern inland is flooding with up to eight inches of rain. the big concern on the coast is beach erosion, leaving some buildings in danger of collapsing. hurricane nicole made its arrival in the middle of the night, slamming florida's east coast, with heavy rain and wind gusts. topping 75 mph. homeowners described their backyards disappearing as massive waves lashed the daytona beach area already battered by hurricane ian. six weeks ago. these homes right here, barely hanging on not know. hey care, e little ts hoee video sho the bem surge expected to be up to five ft. smashing through this seawall, jeopardizing homes and

say a printing issue affected 7% of ballots in the phoenix area, causing a processing delay. overnight democrats expanded their leads when maricopa county reported new results katie hobbs , maintaining a small advantage over kerry lake in the race for governor lake, who has questioned the results of the 2020 election, says she's ready to fight to win sounding the alarm on 2020 november 3rd election which was disastrous. and we had problems in the august 2nd primary as well. and now we have the same problems. they have all this time to get this figured out. election officials in arizona insists all votes will be counted, saying it could take until at least tomorrow. meanwhile a razor thin race is unfolding in colorado than 100 votes separated republican congresswoman lauren bo, bert and adam fresh overnight in what could be a major upset for republicans, but on the other side. side of the country. a big win for

m. a back now. with that police chase in los angeles county chases in l a are common, but not like this. this morning, a man finally in custody after a chaotic chase in los angeles. unbelievable unbelievable station's helicopter catching up with the chase just before five p.m. authorities in pursuit of the suspect in a dark sedan after he refused to pull over for a traffic violation. he then drives to an apartment complex where he steals this white van created some room to escape here, the suspect, managing to slip by police and speed away the driver, speeding erratically , hitting other cars sparks flying after the van lost a tire. the suspect, then running from the van. after it overheated, he gets out of the vehicle crawls out of the passenger window and is now running for it, then enters a home nearby, where he was confronted by the owners. look at this. look at this confrontation. after a scuffle, he steals the truck parked in the driveway, nearly hitting the residents and their dogs as he speeds away. he just told that

oh, my god! and oh, my goodness , the residents and their pets. luckily all okay. the suspect, then weaving through traffic, hitting more vehicles before crashing into a gas station after deputies hit the truck from behind. look at this ramming into the finance shooting. they're shooting at him. the driver, then staying in the truck as police swarm in and opened fire. deadly force is being employed at this moment to try and stop this just after six pm police break the window of the truck, pulled the suspect out and finally take him into custody. mhm wild, ending the traffic violation that began the chase was for failure to yield officials say deli meats are the possible source of listeria outbreak blamed for at least one death. the c d. c is now investigating 16 cases. the victims recently aided deli counters. 13 of them had to be hospitalized, and one woman lost her pregnancy. those cases have been reported in these six states. it is still unclear exactly which products are involved. airbnb is canceling
