time. everybody in that room 22 year old suspect remained hospitalized overnight. he faces murder and hate crime charges. police say he stormed into the club and opened fire, killing five and injuring many others. well, i'm still in shock survivor ed sanders was shot in the back and leg. he says he and drag queen wyatt can't try to help a woman who was badly wounded after she fell on top of kent. she was not breathing very well, and we were trying to encourage her to breathe and stay with us. she was on my legs. and i could hear her moaning. she saved my life and she passed away on top of me. authorities have now identified all five people killed. raymond green, vance, ashlee, paul kelly loving derek rump and daniel aston. last night, the colorado interfaith community holding a vigil for the victims will not let hate push us back into the shadows. i am too old. to hide.

meanwhile new video has surfaced of the suspects arrest last year for allegedly making bomb threats against his own mother. if they breach i'm a blow it to holy hell. sources say his case was dismissed because his family reportedly refused to cooperate with police. therefore his prior arrest did not show up on a background check when he legally purchased the weapon. police say he used to carry out saturday night's attack. authorities have declined to answer why they considered hate crime charges, which would require proof that gunman was motivated by bias. jury deliberations will begin today in the trial of stewart rhodes, the founder of the oath keepers and four of his associates. they are charged with seditious conspiracy, the most serious charge stemming from the january 6th attack on the u. s capitol. they are accused of trying to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power through violence. prosecutors say the oath keepers actions were planned, but roads denies that there was any plot they could face 20 years in prison if convicted. strike among railroad workers is one step closer to

family and friends have come together to say goodbye to one of those four friends who was brutally stabbed. police near the university of idaho are asking for patients as they returned to the crime scene where four students were murdered more than a week ago. detectives are actively working this case, and so we're moving forward in this, investigators say. caylee gonzalves madison mugen zeina, corn adele and zana's boyfriend, ethan cheapen , were stabbed at an off campus home. police say examining the evidence will take time. they're telling us that there's so much of it is that it's going to take a lot of time to process at all. um this wasn't like a pinpoint crime. this person was sloppy cheapen was the first victim to be memorialized. his mother at a ceremony last night got emotional as she spoke about her son, one of three triplets today we're here to honor the life and legacy of our son. and brother. even shape in one of the most incredible people. you will ever

know. authorities believe the two surviving roommates were likely sleeping when the victims were killed, but they say they heard nothing. and now investigators have revealed. one victim's dog was also found at the home unharmed when there's no forced entry, and there's no dog barking. do we think it was someone that they knew? so that's part of the ongoing investigation to figure out kind of what occurred. so um, it would be difficult to speculate whether or not it was a known suspect or a total stranger. um, that is what we're trying to find out. police say evidence shows the students may have been targeted, but investigators are not elaborating. students and local residents are expressing concern about a lack of information a little uncertain in the morning news reports that come out just you know, i'm being cautious. and you know, just kind of keeping an eye on where i'm going and what i'm doing. the coroner says some victims had defensive wounds,
