check this out. they set up a santa's wonderland. there are christmas trees, and elves. these are beautiful decorations. the family can come out here and enjoy the wonderland and take pictures with santa claus. we also want to show you some puddings we got this morning we got here at 4:30. you can see the line outside the bass pro shops. i am told about 250 people -- about 400 people were waiting in line and 250 got gift cards. they came in right at 5:00 this morning to windy deals. we know there is inflation right now so some americans were told they are going to tighten their belts. people are looking for a lot of deals on outdoor stuff. we have seen everything from fishing poles that people are looking for, to hoodies, and toys. this is a remote control bronco

seen fire all around the bay. it would've been like a beacon. this place was very much occupied and alive. >> there was a lob pass called sp 35 that enables developers who are building a certain amount of affordable housing to circumvent the environmental review process. the developers sued the city and the city won in the trial court. the tribe as well. then, the developer appealed. the developer 1 the appeal. >> there was an archaeologist that came here and found the shell mounds. a few years later, the same archaeologist was hired by the developer and found nothing. >> the lot now does include an exception for the west berkeley

shell amount and other resources. unfortunately, the exception does not apply retroactively. there was a very small window in which sites were not protected. >> we have a different vision for the best use of this land. a green space and cultural part. there is not one place in the bay area that talks about aloni history and resiliency. this could be that place. berkeley has decimated our sites and holds 9000 our ancestral remains. why not turn em th bong. ke we kids.e thebi not on asphalt but a place that is green and has trees. not only good for us but for
