and this happened at pete's on way at the intersection of contra costa boulevard and ellenwood drive. the shooting happened inside the restaurant between an employee and someone that the employee knows. the dispute filled out and the suspect was shot three times. the suspect shot. employee's -- the employee's condition was unknown. the police are investigating and they have not said led to the dispute. on the peninsula we are learning more about the bus crash in daly city. four people were hurt, one of them critically after a bus driver lost control and plowed through a parking lot. more than a dozen cars were damaged and some were totaled. amanda reports from daly city. amanda - tha.

activity in the south and east bay. there is a second system to the north and west bringing in colder air and more rainfall through the latter half of the weekend. you can see the rain streaming from the south and as we get closer it is moving into the san joaquin valley and into monterey and san jose. there are sprinkles outside as far as the north bay numbers with all of the cloud cover trapping some of the warmth. 44, campbell and made 40's san francisco. two days ago we had 20's so we are not looking at raising temperatures but still pretty cold with santa rosa at 46 with sprinkles south of noma county. there is a look outside where it is gray and slick so certainly be careful. rain moving in from the south heading into the north and east.

oakland at about an inch and an inch and a third for fremont. mt. view and then the santa cruz mountains picking up an inch and a third of rain and even into the east bay higher totals on the north bay. a winter storm warning until 4:00 on monday. the trajectory of this bringing in a warm air mass. snow levels will be high, 70 one hunt -- 7500 feet. we are looking at anywhere from one to three feet above 7000 but notice the varying amount. lake tahoe has about a foot to two feet. we will get a little bit of a rain-snow mix before this changes to snow. 10 inches, tahoe city through monday. really, a wide ranging amount and we need that cement because there has been avalanche warnings with the snow and wind. so if we get that wet snow it will be better.
