overdraft assist from chase. four we have chris and san diego joining us today. we'll start with the 49ers boy. they're super bowl hopes now rest in the hands of a quarterback. you may have never heard of before with yesterday's season ending injury to starting quarterback. jimmy garoppolo. ricky brock purdy will now take over pretty began the season as the third stringer behind garoppolo and trey lance. he was the last pick in this year's nfl draft the last pick but he did guide the niners to a win yesterday after garoppolo's injury, which was terrible to see but you think chris? you're going to me on this.

i think the 49ers they have a good chance to still win with brock pretty obviously an injury to jimmy garoppolo. not anything anyone to see you what you really feel bad for jimmy g. but the way the niners are set up the quarterback isn't the main star of the team. there's a complementary piece. they have so many weapons if he can just do the some of the same things jimmy did as far as getting the ball out to some of their playmakers they have an amazing defense. they could go a long way but he is a rookie and other teams are gonna adjust but he did have a good game and he showed some swag. i like to see the swaggy had he's a comforting kid in the niners like that. that is so interesting. i mean, but what tough breaks they've had this year losing two quarterbacks now, but interesting that their system is set up that way. all right. well mikey is ending it's business relationship with basketball star kyrie irving irving's signature shoe was one of nike's biggest sellers. this move comes after irving posted on instagram about a movie containing false conspiracies about jewish people then he was slow to disavow anti-semitic beliefs expressed irving. sense apologized. sandy would come to you in a minute, but chris first to you as our sports guy.

creating a space to match your taste has never been easier. more and more people are shopping online and unfortunately, that means more people are trying to steal your information for her everywhere today. the fbi issued a reminder to stay vigilant in abc 7 news. anchor karina. nova is in the newsroom with more on how we can do that green. yeah. it's so important the holidays are here and so are those criminals they're looking to cash in while you shop online and there is a warning from the fbi because this time of year, they're out to get your money while you're shopping online for the holidays and they want you to watch out for these criminals who have scammed people out of 200 million dollars this year already. the fbi says it's best to use credit cards when shopping online don't wire money directly to a seller and know who you're buying from or selling too to

make sure the sale is legitimate and secure a simple tip to know is that the website should have https in the web address and it's not just buyers getting scammed. sellers are also being targeted. the two most common that we see here in the san francisco bay area are non-delivery scams and non-payment scams. a non-delivery scam is just what it sounds like somebody will be shopping online. they'll pay for something, but they won't receive a product victimizing the consumer the non-delivery. the non-payment scam is the exact opposite the non-payment scam victimizes the vendor somebody will attempt to purchase an item the vendor will ship the item, but the consumer who's actually a froster won't make payment. so much of that going on and the fbi says if an offer seems too good to be true. it probably is if you happen to get scammed you should immediately call your bank or your credit card. sometimes you can dispute a charge and the fbi asks no matter how small of a loss that you report it to their internet

good password on there because bots are also trying to get logged into your account and use your account as the account that makes the purchase so if you can enable two factor authentication, that's a great idea, but make sure you have a good password set up on those sites. that's a good tip for every website. you visit have a strong password and use that to factor authentication whenever possible. that's a good idea to do it. i've done it sometimes but not always because it seems like a hassle. that's just so important. all right, let's go back to the weather. right. we got more rain coming this week. that's for sure sandia. yeah, absolutely. and right now i want to show you a pretty picture dan and kristen from cal nevada lodge. you can see there's snow on the ground right now. they are chaining up on all roads leading up to tahoe as live doppler 7 is tracking snow falling across the region a winter weather advisory is up until 4 am tomorrow. they're looking at eight to 12 inches of additional snow, of course higher on the peaks and the snow levels between 4,000 and 4500 feet statewide the
