against a fast food worker in antioch. doing the right thing cost a teenage worker her eye during a vicious assault. we talked with her again tonight. >> 19-year-old erica palomera is no longer wearing her eyepatch, one she had to wear two weeks ago after she was attacked working at the habit burger grill in antioch. she lost her right eye because of that attack, but monday she learned that u.s. marshals arrested the man investigators believe punched her. >> i feel like they are taking it serious, however should be handled. >> once they made a positive id, they moved to arrest him. he was outside on foot and was taken into custody peacefully. >> through our investigation, we learned the employee was assaulted after protecting another customer with an intellectual disability. >> that young man was being
