answered. if they will meet at city hall to discuss the questions, the first in the nation task force. already voted to limit reparations to black california residents whose ancestors were living in the united states in the 1800s. that is pretty critical. they consider today whether there should be eligible -- additional eligibility requirements and if there should be a timeframe for eligibility. they will also discuss how the state may address the impact on black families whose property was seized through eminent domain. today's meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. and is open to the public. once the committee makes its final recommendations the state lawmakers will have to pass law -- legislation to make it official. it is unclear how long the process could take. kumasi: threats of possi exposure at a san francisco school. it was discovered during the construction project. elevated levels of lead were

research shows customers have more trouble booking stays if the host of the property perceives the customers to be black. the new information comes after airbnb launched an initiative to fix race-based discrimination. while all users have the reservations confirmed more than 90% of the time in 2021, users that are perceived to be white had a success rate of 94% according to the company. users who were thought to be black had a success rate of 91%. those perceived as asian and latino had booking success rates somewhere in between that. kumasi: all of this coming on the heels of our reporting of discrimination. the work quite our reporter julian glover has gotten national distinction for exposing systemic inequalities in the process for people of color. two years on this documentary and it is available on demand.
