separated. a suspect now behind bars. law enforcement agencies believe that this man was murdered back in september. he had been married to the captain who worked sacramento. the two had been going through bad divorce before michael was found shot dead. the sheriff's office confirmed to us that an arrest has been made in his killing. last thursday at the airport. the deputies terrell -- tell us that he was in a terminal, about to board a plane when he was taken into custody with the help of the fbi. friends of heartbroken, saying he was scared in the weeks leading up

to his death. >> it seem like he was keep someone out. >> the same day he was arrested julie, who was on leave was arrested for criminal trespassing in tennessee and released the same day. those in the area said she tried to stake -- take her husband's dog from his girl friend house. she was found dead. the cause of her death is unknown. no foul play is expected. it is unknown if suspect in the murder of daniel. >> her leave is her doing or if she was put on leave. thomas will be transferred back to kentucky for the timetable is unknown.

dan: the man accused of attacking nancy pelosi's husband will likely go on trial. a charge will decide today if there is enough evidence. details coming out in court give chilling new clarity to the attack. our news reporter, stephanie, was inside the court all day and has the story. stephanie: throughout the hearing, they called two witnesses to testify, including one of the officers who responded, a lieutenant from the special investigations division, there was a chilling new perspective on the attack. >> calculated attack. stephanie: this

when he called the emergency number and voice -- and then voiced his concern. police were not monitoring the cameras of the time. body camera footage revealed low seat was unconscious on the ground in a pool of blood and snoring within 30 seconds of officers knocking on the door. an officer demonstrated that they saw him strike pelosi with a five pound steel hammer, more than a foot long. there was a 17 minute clip of the interview with investigators where the debt -- the defendant said he did not regret anything he did and said he was tired of all the lies from democrat, saying they are criminals. the whole four years of crime, saying it is worse than watergate. we asked about the
