attorney announced the arrest of three men for the shooting death of baby jasper, november 6, 2021. the victim of gunfire between rival gangs from san francisco. >> it happened because to rival gangs were having a rolling gun battle on highway 88, going northbound. >> we sat down with susan, a close family friend of the little boy's mother and father. she is seeing here, crafting a roadside from memorial shortly after jasper's passing. she described a 13 month long waiting game. >> they have done a great job keeping the updated -- the family updated. we were thinking maybe we wouldn't be able to find the suspect. sometimes, i try not to bring it up. >> on behalf of the family, they gave greek -- gratitude. she shows me this wooden pen from the lead investigator.
