extreme weather in the pacific northwest has also been causing some travel delays. heavy rain flooded streets, leaving cars stranded and heavy winds are blamed for 180,000 power outages in western washington state. meanwhile, the snow is finally stopped falling in buffalo. the city got 51 inches and five days. at least 32 people have died across that region. the airport is reopening today, but it's still hard to get around. and now we're hearing more stories of survival, like the woman who found shelter inside this target store for 36 hours, a bcs mona costar abdi is in buffalo. with new york second largest city buckling under feet of snow. buffalo officials are calling up military police to enforce the city's ban on driving so first responders can get to emergencies. please please, please do not drive in the city of buffalo unless you are emergency personnel because there are many streets that have not been cleared yet. ambulances are being paired with the state fire tactical vehicles so that
