east bay nine to 14 degrees colder. sunny skies, upper 40's to 50's. we are in the low 50's, we see some upper 50's to near 60. and then by some clouds increasing by the evening. this will lead to a level 1 system which arrives on monday. it's a weak system and we will see a break for a much stronger system heading our way wednesday into thursday. >> in the east bay we saw plenty of flood rescues especially in parts of the tri-valley. woman pulled out of her home with her two young family members.
