on live doppler 7 we also see the warm front between now and 7:00 a.m. it will bring scattered downpours. flood watch in effect until tomorrow. we will see flooding with the strongest downpours and high wind warning is in effect for the entire region. it is heavy rain, and strong winds. on the impact scale we felt this needed to be a level five. strong damaging wind, the flood threat is very high because everything is so soaked and we will likely see lead and land slides. as we go about our morning we have more heavy rain moving in. the warm front crawls through about 10:00 a.m. we will see a little bit of a lull in the

action but do not take that as a sign that the storm is over. here comes our atmospheric river. look at 4:00 p.m., it is crawling over with heavy rain. at 6:00 p.m. it is still sitting over us. it is with this atmospheric river we will see very strong winds picking up as well. the storm is coming in a bit wetter. don't take any city as gospel. the trend you want to look at is you see the pocket of high amounts closing in at four inches, that can happen anywhere across the region. we will watch that very closely. everybody is under the threat because of the atmospheric river. look at the wind gusts later this evening.

gusts over 60 miles per hour along the shore. it coincides with the heaviest rain so we are talking heavy winds and rain and it is a recipe for a mess on today. a flood threat as well. i want to mention that tomorrow is a three. we may have to change the number depending on the affect of our storm later on. nonetheless it is a wet pattern the next seven days, rain does not let up we are in a very wet pattern over the next few days. >> if you are not prepared for the storm just yet, if you can still get ready try to do that. get your card to higher ground and try to get sandbags if you are in an area that tends to flood. you do not want to leave anything out the can be picked up a high wind.
