of alabama forward darius miles is off the team charged with capital murder after a deadly shooting near the tuscaloosa campus early sunday. he's one of twopeople charged in the shooting of a woman inside a car shooting, police say stemmed from a minor argument and shots were fired between two cars. investigators are not elaborating on what the argument was about captured video of miles being led away by police. alabama athletics, releasing a statement saying we were made aware of the recent charge against student athlete darius miles, and he is no longer a member of the alabama men's basketball team. the university , also releasing a statement that read, we are grieved by the incident that occurred near campus and extend our deepest condolences to the victims, family and friends. miles played in 53 games during the last three seasons with the crimson tide, but was benched recently because of an ankle injury. and we're told the victim did not have any affiliation with the university. alabama's next game
