san jose restaurant and the roommate eventually got a temporary restraining order against him after he threatened to -- he attempted him with a pillow. a few months later a judge allowed the temporary restraining order to expire. on the prosecution level it is a much different story for the half moon bay shooting, which left seven people dead. >> there can be no case that we take more serious. this is the largest number of victims we have ever prosecuted in one incident in this county. w to be concerned about what happens in the court system. we will see justice done. >> after the sheriff

the report, according to the chronicle, us district court judge william orrick said the report demonstrates significant cultural problems within the department remain unaddressed. he ordered the city to detail a plan to come into compliance with court ordered reforms. the hearing was the first since oracle made the misconduct report public last week. a teacher in richmond has been fired after a video went viral, showing him slamming a student to the ground and then shoving him out of the classroom. now police are investigating the incident with the possibility of charges being filed. abc seven news senior education reportedly , um melendez has the details. a warning first. this video is definitely disturbing. nobody knows. substitute teacher exchanging words with the student before grabbing and slamming him on the ground as other students watched in disbelief. the teacher then forces the student out of the
