victims and their families. >> the last time we saw the suspected shooter was this video of him being taken into custody the day of fish -- the shooting. he has not been seen probably since then. he used this document trying to shield his face from the camera. he was assisted by a mentoring interpreter and only spoke when the judge asked to verify his name. >> there is an awful lot more to learn. >> the district attorney asking the judge to order nobel for the suspect. the judge agreed. >> under the california constitution, anytime somebody who is a danger to the community , the courthouse has the right to hold them without bail on any charge. this is the highest number of charters, seven counts of murder, we have not had that in san mateo county before. a case with one instance of seven murders at once. he is not a citizen of this country.

bay, felix romero perez is the only survivor, half-brother of another victim. they spoke to his cousin in spanish. >> he was like a brother to you, not a cousin. >> yes. eight victims, his colleagues and families all related in a feud with him. >> here's what we know about the alleged shooting timeline. xiao allegedly had an argument with a coworker on the first mushroom farm off of i with 32, where many workers live in trailers. xiao was apparently about a situation where he felt he wasn't treated unfairly, but was dismissed. then he allegedly found to colleagues that he was upset with and shot them both. >> they were killed with purpose, with intent. execution style. investigators who spoke with witnesses who survived safe gel went to a trailer on the farm where his coworker lips, and allegedly killed his wife. >> sources say shout went to another trailer and killed

another coworker execution style in his sleep. another farmworker was in that trailer and was also shot. in the moments that follow, first responders reportedly witnessed xiao leave right around 2:20 that afternoon, presumably heading a few miles down the road to the second shooting location, concord farms, and half moon bay. witnesses saw shout walk past of the workers, but allegedly only pulled out his gun to shoot and kill two former coworkers and one of their wives. >> i think our job is to try and figure out all of the factors that went into this and that it does not happen again. >> workplace conceded - conditions have raised some concerns. >> you should see wh folks are living, the conditions therein. living in shipping containers.

>> investigators are working to determine the cause of the fatal fire in potrero hill. one person was killed in the fire that broke out in the building at missouri and turner terrace. a steep narrow street that made it tough for firefighters to put out the flames. campbell police are searching for evidence after a person was shot during an apparent armed robbery today. it happened just before 11:00 a.m. at san jose camera and video on south winchester street. the victim was taken to the hospital, the suspects are on the loose. >> we could see police body

camera footage of the attack on congresswoman nancy pelosi's husband, abc was among media groups requesting the footage of the attack inside paul pelosi's san francisco home. today, a judge approved its release, paul pelosi suffered a skull fracture in october when he was hit in the head with a hammer by an intruder. prosecutors say they were targeting his wife. the accused as guilty. it is not clear when the deal will be released. >> eric swalwell has been kicked out of the house intelligence committee. >> kevin mccarthy made that decision citing national security reasons, immigrants say it is political vengeance. >> list, this decision. >> style will out with adam schiff, who also had his committee status trip from him, and said that kim --

it is 50 degrees here the city, 66 in oakland, and 52 degrees half moon bay. san jose camera, clear skies right now as we look toward the shark tank. if -- concord 60's. the going get bridge camera looking at the headlines, clear skies and the breezy -- greasy hills. a cooler end of the weekend we do have a chance of showers coming your way on sunday. tomorrow morning starting a clear but breezy conditions over the higher terrain temperatures in the 30's and 40's out the door, tomorrow afternoon is going to be a sunny one, temperatures will be merely in the 60's, so not as warm as today, but still pretty mild and above average for this time of year. that will be changing as we head towards the weekend, and sunday is when we are expecting a low-pressure system to move in with a cold front, right now it looks like the possibility of a few showers. this is one model, the other model is not as aggressive. we will discover chance for now.
