further, larry. it was interesting to note who was not there. the oakland a's were not there. where were the a's? the president of the a's and john fisher, the owner are in las vegas now meeting with owners of two sites in las vegas for the potential of building a domed ballpark there. that gives you an idea of what is going on. we are having different discussions once again from two different sides but they do not seem to be coming together. the a's are not in on this deal but are pursuing another deal in las vegas. what happens with howard terminal? take a look at where people are today and what they are doing. >> interesting that john fisher pretty much is a no-show for

everything in oakland but he does fly to vegas. the african-american sports entertainment group has a two-year window to come up with a deal to start construction. you know how difficult it is to build anything and california. do you believe they can get this project done? >> it remains to be seen. there was a time that was considered some of the hottest property and the east bay. since then we have seen a collapse of the office market, questions of the cost of building housing and development s like this. the city is going to have to come up with infrastructure money in the hundreds of millions of dollars. the last time we had a big plan out there which was with the oakland raiders so we have this great opportunity and great real estate, the question is can oakland get it done? i will leave that for you and the viewers to think about. ask thank you as always. kristen: new details on the

mountain lion attack tuesday night in san mateo county. this video shows a mountain lion last year. one of the cubs in of the video was involved in the child. they believe the cub reacted because it was startled by the boy. they do not believe the cup is vicious. the boy has several cuts and a bone fracture near one of his eyes. he was walking with his family at that time. >> murder charges against two men have been dropped. the 76-year-old died from of his home in january 2021. this is after an encounter with two men who allegedly's tried to steal his camera. the revelation about the surprised long time friends and fellow private investigator, jack. >> i was absolutely blown out of
