picked up a 13-year-old girl along east 15th street last week. >> here comes all right there. >> we drove through the area where he says up to 20 young women, often scantily dressed, walk along the street every day. he says sometimes even pimps are blocking the driveways. >> an area that's called the stroll or the walk. this is where the human trafficking, the transaction, the financial side, that's where the criminal activities taking place. >> the agent in charge of the fbi explains the problem has long plagued international boulevard in east oakland. it's become more pervasive after recent construction moved the women into residential neighborhoods, oftentimes seen right across from saint anthony's as children are walking into school. this woman sees as she drops up her five-year-old. >> the city needs to do more about it. >> the police department will be

>> sometimes building a better bay area takes a building. one of the most sought-after pieces of real estate in oakland will soon become a hub of her foster teens and young adults. the building and the former oakwood -- oakland unified school district quarters will be repurposed. our reporter has a look at how the new hub will help. >> the exceptionally large building is both dominant and overbearing. standing on a 1.6 acre parcel, it's joined by a second building, boast totaling 196,000 square feet. for decades it was the headquarters of the oakland unified school district until it flooded 10 years ago. today the dilapidated building has fallen victim to vandalism. in 2014, homeless man living inside. last november the school board voted to demolish the structure
