followed all policies properly. reggie: a surge in covid cases has some schools restating domestic policy. gloria rodriguez is in the newsroom with more. gloria: covid cases are going down in marin county. four elementary schools reported clusters of covid cases. that is prompting an indoor mask mandate. marin county public health office has not given out the names of the schools because we want -- because they want to honor their confidentiality agreement. last week, there were 53 cases reported at all marin county elementary schools. while there were cases under middle school and high school students, there has not been an outbreak among older students. >> we consider it is school-based outbreak if 5% of children or more are infected. i think this is attributable to of e
