shattered glass throughout the block. a woman inside the house was killed and a caregiver made it out alive but suffered major injuries. police told us a drug lab was being run inside of the home. 53-year-old derek price was arrested and faces charges of involuntary manslaughter, manufacturing drugs and child endangerment. >> what did it feel like? >> just a bomb and then inside fire. >> in the neighborhood, people are nice and in the middle of the street you have this guy something illegally. lena: her that have been red flagged. she lives next door next to the house which exploded. the supervisor plans to hold a town hall meeting on wednesday night at 5:00 or neighbors in this community that have been affected by this explosion.

drugs he took made it so that he could not move his body. tara: tranq is used by veterinarians to sedate large animals and when mixed with already powerful opioids, it is deadly. >> i believe the drug is already on the street, unfortunately. tara: it is most pervasive in the dea warns the drug is showing up more and more out west. over a two month period, there more than 100% increase in the drug supply being snuck into deadly opioids like fentanyl. >> i want to make sure that our city is set up to be monitoring for this and testing for it. tara: san francisco supervisor matt dorsey writing this letter to the medical examiner. in support of its efforts to start testing overdose victims for the drug this year. >> what we are doing given the crisis we are facing is life-saving, and we have to
