enable notifications to get updates set right to your phone. kumasi: today, san francisco leaders sent to give leaders about a proposal to provide reparations for some black residents in the city. lena howland is live outside the baptist church on mcallister street where a town hall be held in a few hours. >> we are living the third baptist church where we will be getting two details into what civil right's are calling long-overdue solutions. they are calling on the city of san francisco to adopt them in order to address systemic racism. these installations are starting with a one-time five late payment which could be coming to each eligible resident in san francisco if the proposal put forward is expected. to qualify, san francisco residents would have to be 18 years is older, identifying as black or african-american on public documents for at least 10
