fieldwork, they have a million beers. the donuts to go with the beers seem like the perfect marriage but how would you team up with fieldwork? >> we came up with the idea of first of all two of them just fermented things. beer and donuts. it was sort of to celebrate sf beer week and help with some of the beers they are launching. only one of the beers which is pulp ipa is when other flagship beer always available. four of them are brand-new beers so we are trying to emulate the flavors and re-create the beers in doughnut form. >> what is your favorite flavor? >> that is a really tough one. i kind of like them all. me and my business partner fellow pastry chefs that came up click the flavors together and i
