yellow indicating numerous delays the airport. a lot of people just arrived after they were delayed several hours. this is as a result of the power outage in east oakland. the fire department says they noticed smoke. they say transformer was on fire. they say right now around 47,000 customers have been effective. traffic has been backed up in several different spots. traffic signals relating to congestion. >> one firefighter was able to get the power under control. >> cruz noticed brown smoke coming from the inside. we were able to gain access and found there was a transformer burning.

power went out. that backed up the security. took off. >> they boarded half of the flight and then will not put you on the airplane. we waited and then we got over here and they got the power running. >> they hope t restored by around 6:30. we will have to wait and see if that comes to fruition. so many people were out -- were without power, that stretches from alameda to the oakland hills and as you mentioned, a lot of that was affected. people still feeling those effects.
