>> building a better bay area, moving forward, finding solutions, this is abc 7 news. >> the bay area toppling trees all over. the bay bridge a large one came down right before the tunnel blocking all but one lane of traffic and snarled the drive for those headed into san francisco. >> we saw lots of pictures like this, and brought down some powerlines landing on top of some cars. a toyota cut smashed in redwood city by a pine tree. >> another scene of destruction in hayward. a tree fell on a townhouse damaging the roof. it did not take much to make this wind puppet dance this afternoon and we are not done with the weather gets. dan: thank you for joining us. >> for that we

tonight focused on getting you prepared. dan: we have a full team of reporters and sandhya patel standing by. >> we want to get to with reports of a tree falling on a santa cruz county home with a one-year-olds inside. what is the latest? >> we know the one-year-olds infant was in the home into the boulder creek area. we just got over -- got off with the fire department and they say the child is critically injured but conscious and breathing. a scary end -- a redwood tree came down on top of a home on bobcat lane. a piece of the tree spirit into the house. >> we had cruise in that living room where they were ultimately cutting away the weight and removing that off the patient.

sandhya: how about the cold weather and showers and snow. live pictures from our tower cameras and they are all pretty much shaking so it is still windy outside as we check out the gusts, 41 miles an hour at oakland, 33 in san jose, not nearly as strong as what we saw but we have a height wind warning along the coastline and a wind advisory for the rest of the bay area. the advisory until 1:00 p.m.. gusts up to 60 miles an hour could take downed trees, powerlines and cause outages, blow unsecured objects around. tomorrow morning it is windy. 1:00 tomorrow afternoon to 30- per hour wind gusts and then they begin to drop off. close to 70 mile an hour wind gusts so far at sfo. 61 as oakland
