>>lobal sho of the war now entering its second year, several nations rallied for peace including. this march in san francisco is one of at least 10 held nationwide with demonstrators dismayed that one year later the war rages on. hello, everyone, thank you for joining us for this special edition of abc7news, i'm dion lim. we spoke with a woman whose father is fighting in ukraine. >> ukrainians and their allies are standing shortly -- standing shoulder to shoulder to mark the beginning of a war that nobody believed would still be reaching -- still be reaching one year later. >> we ended up being much stronger than the enemy thought. we've had 365 days of anger.

that enveloped the dock at around 9:00 last night. calfire says that the fire burned between 10 and 20 boats. cruises say it's a tricky firefight. >> when they went out on the scene they tried to attack it from other boats using pumps to suppress the fire. as that fire continued to burn. it separated so that the burning parts detached from the main dock and it floated out. >> a frightening sight. all of this happened at berkeley clove -- berkeley cov no word yet on what caused that fire. taking a live look outside you can see that the scene is pretty clear, getting a break from rain. you will need umbrellas once again soon. let's get to meteorologists, let's talk about the arrival of the next run.

>> it's arriving tomorrow. and not only will you need your umbrella, we might need snowboots in parts of the bay area we might snow again. we could still see a spotty showers, partially -- possibly in the east bay today but mostly dry for now. today is a good day to travel to and from tahoe right now because a winter storm warning will be in effect tomorrow, and we will see snow right now in the live shot, more of that to come. our storm level impacts will level 1 tomorrow. up to a half inch of rainfall, snow levels up to 1000 feet. where mostly dry through midnight, and at 6:00 it starts to hit ukiah and cloverdale. heavier rain off the northern coast, and then is the time it hits the heaviest. you will see areas of orange and yellow there, hitting parts of the north bay, and dark green

dilbert, after the creator who made it made racist comments. on his youtube show, he said that black people are a hate group. and he doesn't want anything to do with them. dilbert is internationally syndicated to end has been around for more than 30 years. -- on twitter today, he d down on his comments. he said a lot of people are angry with me but he hasn't heard anyone disagree. what a east bay, a semi-truck took part in the semis -- in the streets of oakland. it was a scene going in circles on the bay bridge. some people even hopped on the trailer during the stunt. cars were also seen doing doughnuts and at least two locations including the oakland coliseum and the i-80 freeway.

the snow levels dropped to 3000 feet. we have more systems arriving monday, and tuesday bringing us additional snow, in fact, monday will even be cold there was no levels dropping between 2500 feet. that is when we are expecting to see more snow falling at mount tampa. you will notice some starts to move into the north bay. we have moderate rain following -- falling through the heart of the bay area and that it starts to exit toward the southeast. and then we have this colder system monday. you can see the pink and white, that is snow falling at higher elevations, toward cloverdale. and it even brings snow toward the santa cruz mountains in the east bay hills. we could see anywhere between two and 4 inches, and 10 or more in the east bay. and tuesday another system comes in. rainfall amounts would be anywhere between half an inch to an inch. and lows tonight will be c
